Payment Policy – Trip to Char Dham
At Trip to Char Dham, we ensure a transparent and hassle-free payment process for our valued customers. Please read our payment terms carefully before booking your Char Dham Yatra or other pilgrimage tours.
1. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment
To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required. The advance payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other accepted online payment methods. Once the advance payment is received, a confirmation email or message will be sent with booking details.
2. Payment Installments
50% payment of the total package cost must be made at least 15 days before the tour start date. The remaining 20% balance must be paid before or upon arrival (before the tour begins). For last-minute bookings (within 7 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 30 days before the tour start date – Full refund after deducting transaction charges. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the tour – 50% refund of the total package cost. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour – No refund applicable. Helicopter bookings are non-refundable as per the airline’s policy.
4. Payment Modes
We accept payments through:
✅ Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
✅ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
✅ Cash Payment (for on-site bookings only)
5. Important Notes
All bookings are subject to availability upon receiving payment. In case of a refund, the amount will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Any additional government taxes, service charges, or bank transaction fees will be borne by the customer. Tour prices may vary based on seasonal demand, and rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.
